1. Physical presence of the Customer is not mandated for submitting the ECS Cancellation request.

2. Email can be given to the company email id for cancellation of ECS mandate (given below), furnishing the details of loan taken viz. date of loan, EMI amount, and date of closure of the loan A/c.
